While making an order, you are asked to provide personal information including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and credit or debit card information. VIS also reserves the right to collect and store the method at which your reservation was generated, such as links, ads, phone calls, or promotional specials used. We do not sell or rent your information to others.
WHY DO WE NEED YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The information we collect is necessary to process your order and to aid in the delivery of the purchased products or services. Your name is used to hold reservations and flight records. The mailing address may be used for billing verification or for promotional purposes. We ask for your phone number for those unexpected times that an email just isn’t fast enough.
Online order details are emailed to the purchaser. Purchaser email addresses are automatically entered into our email promotional program and may receive special offers or discounts from VIS. The VIS promotional program is free of charge, voluntary participation and no commitment to continue. You may “Opt Out” of our promotional program at any time.
